Slit words by English and Chinese punctuation marks

Could you give me some guides how to add this funtion slitting words by English and Chinese punctuation marks. For example, "I was hungry.I ate a lot." as well as some article mixed using English and Chinese punctuation marks like "I was hungry，I ate a lot." I have little experience about Vue. Thougt, I am fully new about React and Typescript. Thanks a lot.
