Ah sorry, @deyaaeldeen my mistake – we actually don't need the README updated, we've done that part on our end. Just the Entra -> Azure AD change would be great.

I'm going to close this issue as we have an example of accessing this information documented [here](https://github.com/openai/openai-node/issues/168#issuecomment-1670562723), though I would still like to add independent classes for each error code...

We don't expect to action this directly, so closing. We are planning to remove our `node-fetch` dependency before long.
