Update pypi package

Could you please upload a new version to pypi so everyone now running Mopidy v1.0 can still use this extension. Thanks.

Workaround until a new release is uploaded to PyPI:

pip install https://github.com/rattboi/mopidy-subsonic/archive/master.zip
