Feeling mighty dumb - where's the board layout?
This is my first foray into KiCAD. I've done a small amount in Eagle prior, and I got the schematic open in eeschema. I swapped the Phonenix connector out for a normal 3.5mm jack - but when it came time to alter the board layout, I just cannot find it. If I hit the board layout button in the UI, it says it doesn't exist and asks if I want to create it.
...am I blind? I don't see it in your repo. Just 3D renders and static images of the board, but no layout file.

The board schematic is the same, but there are two variant board layouts, for "top" and "bottom" boards. The .kicad_pcb files are within each of those subdirectories.
I am guessing you didn't see that the project file is also within top and bottom directories. You should open the .pro file with kicad and everything should be set up there.
Ah, okay.
Trying to use this project is a bit harder than it should be for me, because I have a 12 in, 12 out switcher. The result is that the rear layout won't work with your board layouts. Not a big deal, I have a mess of RG59 and RCA compression connectors, so I was just going to make a bunch of RCA jumper wires, otherwise I would have to abandon your board layouts entirely. I slap a picture on to show what I mean.
I appreciate you humoring me.
Since I was taking pictures, I went ahead and finished painting the RCA jacks on this thing. Those two broken BNCs are going to bug me, even though they are on outputs 11 and 12, and are likely to never get used.
