gff on gtf

Hi,

I have aligned files (mouse mm10 genome) aligned with STAR with .gtf files for annotation. Spladder requires .gff files. Can I use the corresponding .gff (same org. same annotation)?

Dear @ntsopoul ,

SplAdder also works with gtf files. So you can provide the same gtf as you used for the alignment.
