Testing mode fails despite using the default merging strategy

  • Operating System: CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009

Description

Running spladder test on output from spladder build (run according to the "Use on large cohorts" section in the documentation), yields the error: ERROR: Testing mode can only be run on SplAdder outputs generated using the default merging strategy: --merge-strat merge_graphs This happens despite using the merge_graphs merging strategy.

I hope this issue can be addressed soon. Thanks

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please post all commands that lead to this Error? Currently, I am unable to reproduce what you report.
