Changing colour of spladder viz plots

Version nos: SplAdder v2.4.2/python 3.8.5/CentOS 7.9.2009 (using Univa Grid Engine)

I've had no issues running SplAdder on a large cohort (68 samples in various conditions), and am now visualising the test results. However, the default colours for spladder viz are blue and light green, with the light green effectively disappearing when plotted on pdf. Is there a way of changing these colours when visualising?

Thank you very much for trying out SplAdder. I do agree, that the current choice of colours for visualisation is sub-optimal. My plan is to improve this with the next release (and make it more use-side configurable). I will leave this issue open and report back here, once the feature has been added.
