Hello! I'm trying to follow your instructions in the readme. However, I can't find the directory "$SEQ_PLAN/tools" or the file "learn_bpe.py" in section 1 paragraph 3 in readme

cd $SEQ_PLAN/tools
python learn_bpe.py -s 6000 < $COMBINED > $CODE
