Migrate Azure e2e tests to use federated credentials with service principal

What would you like to be added?

The Azure service principal used by the e2e tests for AKS rely upon a secret stored in the Ratify repo. This is not as secure as using Federate Credentials associated with the service principal. Ratify should migrate to federated credentials.
