Emblem Transparent

Environment

- PHP: 8.2.4
- MySQL: MariaDB 10.4.28

Current Behavior

Emblems in BMP format are not becoming transparent, with WebService active. image

And taking advantage of this, wouldn't it be possible to add an option for those who have activated the "imagick" extension activated in PHP, to be able to use the transparent gif images too? You can set it in application.php to true or false if you have the extension activated.

Can you give more details? Is this flag from the Castles module? For me it's normal, if you can send the image of just the emblem, I can do some tests
