Websocket connection goes in CLOSE_WAIT state after sometime

I have implemented the websocket in laravel and everything seems perfect but after some time or due to some issue my PID goes in CLOSE_WAIT state and then I am not able to connect with that websocket..

so why this is happening and how to tackle this .. I am using apache as web server and hosted it in cpanel
