Clicking a category on Category View makes a white bar appear. Mate Desktop.

Was testing panther launcher on Ubuntu Mate 16.10, when I noticed that if I clicked a category on the Category View a black bar would appear below the last category.

If you move using the keyboard the white bar doesn't appear.

Also, is it possible to navigate the view category apps with a keyboard? Only managed to move up and down on the category titles.
