Removing import compat.h

Causes import error and is not necessary. Removing for good.

Hmm, I am not seeing any build errors (with SDK set to 10.7/10.8 and target to 10.6) in regards to the compat.h file and it still seems to be required from my point of view. Were and when are you seeing the import error?

The pre-10.6 compat declarations could and should probably be removed though as we now target 10.6.
