USB connect/disconnects don't work through hubs

Need to implement periodic checking of hubs to determine if any devices have been plugged/unplugged

I'm currently building mine to do some tests. I hope the USB connect/disconnect thought hubs will be implemented, it's a really really useful feature for today standards.
