try to adapt to refactor_system branch

the current web and api default branches are compatible. Works great so far. Is it a good idea to develop in master? Would suggest to create a branch or tag which is already tested to not break it for new blitz installations

@ChuckNorrison thank you! The branching strategy was discussed recently and will be changed with the next version, so there will be a dev branch in the future. For fixes where we need coordination, fusion44 & I make the merge simultaneously currently.
