WalletCard: show percentage of on-chain & ln balances

As a user I would like to see the percentage of my balances which I have on-chain vs in lightning channels

Example:

Total 100,000 sats (60% on-chain / 40% channels) on-chain: 60,000 sats ln: 40,000 sats
