Lightning: add option to add funds to an existing channel

Suggestion from the conference:

As a user, it's pretty hard to add funds to an already existing channel. Thus, I would like to have an easy option to do that.

Currently blocked since I don't know if that's easily possible & if I need something from blitz_api for that.
