documentation problem

on gpioserver docs, pwm pulse width is told to be 0..1024. gpio + pin number + pwm + [ 0..1024 ] I found the values 0..100 give 0% to 100%.

Think values in range 0..100 is more 'scratch style' for sensors then 0..1024 ?
