Relevant log output
There are some tools you can use to recover data from Windows formatted disks, for example:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/windowsinsiderprogram/how-can-i-recover-files-from-a-formatted-hard-drive/4394383
But anything that's been overwritten is not retrievable.
Do you know what actually went wrong? Was it your C: that got overwritten or a separate USB/NVMe drive plugged into the computer?
Here's the corresponding forum thread about this data loss incident and here's my now closed issue predicting this would happen eventually :(
Thank you for this response. what went wrong was I downloaded the image software. I guess the image software downloaded to my d drive instead of the sd card on my Raspberry PI. you don't see the D drive as I would normally see through file explorer. but you can find it in disc management and now it's called Disk 0. there is a picture attached to this.

No it wasn't my C drive it was a extra inter drive that i would save to. the Disk 0 drive in the screen shot is or I would say I should be that drive that I'm missing. It says it has 925.78 GB of unallocated space I'm just trying to figure out how to get that to an online and get that data. right now it says read only.

Please don't try to do that yourself - you'll only make it more unlikely to be able to recover any of your missing data. As people on your forum thread have advised, you should use a professional data recovery service.
