pico-w datasheet omits pio/sm usage

The pico-w datasheet doesn't mention that the cyw43 driver utilises one state machine and 22/32 instructions for that PIO ... meaning you have fewer PIO resources should you be using the wireless capability.

Seems like it should be called out to me.
