[HOW-TO] Add new Scaler crops

The only scaler crop that seems to work is 64x64. If I try to change the scaler crop, nothing happens. The only scaler crops that are shown by the metadata is (0,0,64,64). I have a Camera Module 2 IMX219 and libcamera-apps works just fine (at full resolution). However, picamera2 does not allow me to change the scaler crop. Any help/pointers appreciated.
