Comment typo needs to be updated (Core 0 s/b Core1) - see PR 105

PR 105 "Small comment typo #105"

shows that a comment for "# core 0" that should be "# core 1"

comments in tcl/target/rp2040.cfg include

# Set to '0' or '1' for single core configuration, 'SMP' for -rtos hwthread
# handling of both cores, anything else for isolated debugging of both cores
