Which orientation of flex cable for Pi3?

I cannot find which orientation to install the ribbon cable into a Raspi3 from the "Connect the camera" documentation here.

Does the pin side of the cable go up? Or down? The video only shows for the original Pi, and has a footnote for the Pi5, which is not helpful for the Pi3.
