Rename duplicate Conditional filters heading title

Rename the duplicate Conditional filters heading title under "Advanced Features", which was getting in the way of jumping into the desired section.

Hmmm, the code is supposed to workaround having the same header-text twice on a page by suffixing a -2 to the ID, but it looks like you've managed to find an edge-case here, which I'll need to investigate further...

...because I still wanted to dig into why the automatic ID-renumbering wasn't working (i.e. in theory this PR shouldn't even be necessary) - but I've not had a chance to do that yet because I've been too busy with "other stuff" :wink: (Now that this PR has been merged, I'll add a backlog issue as a reminder to myself)
