notificazions open and closed

why notifications don't work? or they work occasionally on my iphone x while on my old iphone 6 or ipad 3 they work fine. please help thank you

The plugin itself doesn't control the notifications. I've had this happen too where the notifications for a device get turned off/on without any change from me. Toggle the notifications options for the Garage on your iPhone X in the Home app - if you already haven't.
