Could you please provide a basic readme with instructions

There is now a README (a136cc1). Really you just have to run the python files with python though... Some files may have some arguments but you have to look into the code for those. I believe you can change the logo's of ad.py by adding a number, example: python ad.py 1 will show logo 1
