Removing entry from playlist

Via the options menu on any entry it is possible to add books to playlists, but there doesn't seem to be a way to remove them from a playlist again if it is already on the list. I'm using VoiceOver here, so it might be an accessibility issue, but the book just shows the add to option and obviously the playlist is disabled within that menu as the book is already on the list. Using latest TestFlight build here.
