Missing now playing metadata

Ever since the overhaul to the UI, I can no longer see any playback information in my 2019 Toyota. This is not CarPlay, but the OEM Toyota infotainment system, but I can no longer see chapter progress or any metadata, including artwork. The system claims "connection error."

Obviously other music apps are fine. I can send commands to the phone to skip forward and backward, and those work, but every time I do the "connection error" popup appears in the infotainment system again.

My feature request is probably a tall order: I love to listen to audiobooks while running, but because I can't download files for offline listening on my Apple Watch, I have to take my phone with me on long runs. I'd love to have an Apple Watch integration that offers offline playback.

I added more metadata again, please check if more metadata is displayed after installing version 3.1.0 which will release in a few days! #214 is used to track Apple Watch support.
