[Feature request] Refresh cover images automatically or manually

I have updated some cover images in ABS, but ShelfPlayer kept showing old covers for days even after I tried to manually refresh by pulling down. I had to go in the settings to purge the cache, and only then it loaded the new covers.

I think it would be useful to refresh the images automatically after some time, or at least force a refresh when pulling down (on individual audiobooks and in the library as well). Having to purge the cache in the settings is not very intuitive, and I would not expect basic users to figure that out.
