One user works, 2nd rejected

I justbought this for ipad. I have teo users. Both can login to the jellyfin app. In ampfin one user can login, the other says "Login Failed"

This is very disappointing. Can you explain what's wrong and how to resolve it? Or is this a bug that needs attention?
