Remove nginx

Describe the solution you'd like We use nginx to make sure that SSH-tunneling works as intended. This should not be necessary, and thus is a bloated hack. Removing this will reduce code size, improve maintainability, improve the standalone vpn-submodule and reduce potential for bugs.
