Clock and Timezone issue

the clock display in dbi is exactly offset by -30min compare to the 1 display on the home screen.

• Home Screen: 10:34 am (the correct 1)
• DBI: 10:04:01

I have performed a Tools > NTP time sync, and everything is labelled [OK] but the time used in the log is also all offset by -30min.

Device Settings

- DBI: 658-en
- System Settings -> System -> Region: Hong Kong / Taiwan / South Korea
- System Settings -> Timezone -> Kuala Lumpur
