Browsing title contents unreliable

Reading romfs contents from installed titles, either from "Browse installed applications" or from "Expose contents via MTP", is super unreliable right now. Same thing when mounting romfs.bin for a LFS mod.

Maybe like 50% of the time, files are read as all 0x00s, the other 50% of the time the files are read correctly.

It doesn't matter if I run DBI in applet or title override mode, by the way. Same happens either way.
