Feature Request: Add Videos

Can display of images be swapped out for showing videos? / Or add Videos section checking code.. if using searxng looks like we could change images to video category in the query call what about url formatting in frontend? any scripts to change? :update I was able to swap out img_src for url but need to find out how to add the video thumnail in the results will hack around see if.. and submit PR if thing work - great project!
