feat: Add optional "cancel reminder" for recurring subscriptions

Describe the Feature Request

I’d love to have a feature that allows users to set customizable reminder notifications a few days before a recurring expense, especially for subscriptions. This way users get a heads-up and have a chance to cancel before the payment goes through.

Describe the Use Case

I add a recurring subscription payment (e.g. Spotify on the 15th of each month). I'd like the option to set a reminder X days before (e.g. 3 days before), so Dime sends me a notification like:

“Your Spotify subscription is going to renew in 3 days — consider canceling if you don’t need it.”

This reduces the risk of forgetting to cancel and incurring charges for services I don’t use anymore.

Hello, that sounds really good. I have a suggestion that may be related to this issue:

It would be great if the recurring subscription/expense could have an end date or repeat times.
For example, I would sign a contract with the gym for 15 months. In this case, I don't want to bother adding an expense monthly or ending this recurring expense while keeping it in my mind.
