feat: Support tags

Describe the Feature Request
Add a "Tags" property in addition to category and note.
Difference from category: one entry can have multiple tags.
Difference from note: tags are predefined.
Describe the Use Case
For example, I can define some tags:
- With family
- With friends
- Alone
- Mexican
- France
- Italian
All the related entries are in "Foods" category. When adding an entry, I can pick some tags to describe the cases, without having to write a note manually for each of them.

Just off the top of my head, it seems like the problem we're solving here is having more than one layer of organization for transactions. So maybe instead of tagging, having a folder system for categories would be better? Not sure.
I feel like it would be hard for users to differentiate between tags and categories. Not sure about this either.
I think mult-layer categories are not sufficient. For example, one may have such transactions:
- Italian food, with family
- Italian food, with family & friends
- Italian & France food (a same restaurant have both types of dishes), with family
- Italian & France food, with family & friends
Mult-layer categories works for the first transaction, but not the others.
