Unable to run benchmarks for faiss_cpu_ivf_flat and faiss_cpu_ivf_pq. The default configuration files are missing: https://github.com/rapidsai/raft/tree/branch-24.04/python/raft-ann-bench/src/raft-ann-bench/run/conf/algos

Copy the configuration from the GPU counterparts; that is:

• faiss_cpu_ivf_flat <> faiss_gpu_ivf_flat
• faiss_cpu_ivf_pq <> faiss_gpu_ivf_pq
