Create Studio Lab and CoLab accessible versions

Update the demo to include streamlined versions able to run in cloud instances. Use data subsets, fewer features, and notebook native features.

  • [x] Produce single state datasets (I.E. CA, TX) and upload to S3
  • [x] Create Plotly Dash in otebook version ( https://dash.plotly.com/workspaces/using-dash-in-jupyter-and-workspaces )n
  • [ ] Update / Cleanup Holoviews App versions
