[FEA] Generate unique URLs for the install selector selections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In some situations it would be more useful to share a link to the install selector with selections pre-filled instead of sharing the install command itself. This would help spread awareness of the selector and also allow the recipient to customize the install that they maybe they did not realize they could do.

Describe the solution you'd like Add parameters to the URL for the selections made on the install selector? Or maybe an "Export short link" button or something?

Describe alternatives you've considered Leave as is?
