[QST] Can we remove old tags

What is your question?

I noticed a user today trying to use rapidsai/rapidsai:latest. Could we clean up old tags that we are no longer pushing to to avoid this confusion?

As part of the overhaul #539 & #545, I will be removing old tags after the 23.08 release.
