Bounding box of a cuspatial.GeoDataFrame

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wish I could calculate bounding box of a cuspatial.GeoDataFrame directly with GPU.

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to do cuspatial.GeoDataFrame.total_bounds to get the bounding box of a geo data frame object.

Describe alternatives you've considered With GeoPandas, I can do .total_bounds to obtain this value.

Heya, this is possible with the API as it exists, but it could be a lot easier. Are you wanting to do this on a heterogeneous dataframe with many different geometry types? Let me know and I can unlock the lower level features to get the min and maxes.
