Update all references to old Wiki to point to new docs site

This change removes all the links to the old Wiki site and replaces it with links to the new docs.metasploit.com website. This should encourage more use of the new documentation website as part of our migration plan and will also prevent automation from going ahead and linking to Wiki pages, resulting in users having to click an additional link to get to the resources they are after.

Thanks there are still a few split across some lines within the documentation file I didn't fix since they weren't clean fixes, but everything else should now be resolved 👍

Rebased this to resolve merge conflicts. This should be good to review again when someone has time.

After one more round of inspection I noticed 6 files that did not have the URL stretched that I seem to have missed; not sure if this was due to the recent 6.3 merge or similar, but I put up a PR at to fix them so long.
