Feature Request: Add configuration option for scrollback history limit

I have been using Rio terminal recently and am very impressed with its performance and features.

I'd like to request a feature to configure the scrollback history limit. Currently, I don't see an option to adjust this. Personally, I think it's a common and valuable feature in terminal emulators. Alacritty provides the scrolling.history setting, and Kitty offers scrollback_lines.

Would you consider adding a similar option to Rio? That would be a beneficial addition. Thank you for your consideration!

Hey @willww64 I think it's a good feature to add on Rio, will move this to wishlist. Lemme know if you have any interest of working on it 🙏 Now I am currently working renderer improvements on #688
