bad terminal tab UI

I want tabs to behave like native tabs, in a cross-platform way. That is, use macOS tab UI elements on macOS, Windows tab UI elements on Windows, Linux tab UI elements on Linux, and so on.

The current tab design is crazy.

Tab settings are split up into completely different sections of the TOML model.

The option for native tab widgets is vendor locked to macOS, unavailable for other platforms.
