Feature request: add CI to ANOVA/Tukey

would it be possible to add confidence intervals to pairwise Tukey test (ANOVA, https://pingouin-stats.org/build/html/generated/pingouin.pairwise_tukey.html#pingouin.pairwise_tukey) similar to what is in statsmodels? As described here and in the relevant docs: https://www.statsmodels.org/devel/generated/statsmodels.sandbox.stats.multicomp.TukeyHSDResults.html#statsmodels.sandbox.stats.multicomp.TukeyHSDResults

Thanks for opening the issue. I am the sole maintainer of Pingouin and do not have the time to implement any new features at the moment. However, feel free to open a PR if you'd like — I'd be happy to review it.
