There should be options to have the editor menu appear: 1. permanently at the top of the text area (like tinyMCE), or 2. permanently at the bottom of the text area (like tinyMCE), or 3. float into view when text is highlighted (as it does now). Some / many users are familiar with the tinyMCE text editor, and the editor needs to look like that for them to realize it has text editor capabilities, and is not just an input box. This is a feature request.
