pandoc is not in the EPEL for CentOS 5

Pandoc isn't in the EPEL for CentOS 5 (but is for 6 and 7). There is an alternative yum repository at https://copr-be.cloud.fedoraproject.org/results/petersen/pandoc-el5 but it is unsigned. This is symptomatic of a wider problem with the need to be more specific with .path files. FYI, the .repo file for this is:-
