Do all pins have PWM?

When attaching a servo to PIN 16, the board panics and I get a LoadProhibited error consistently.

However, if I use PIN 12, it works phenomenally. Does pin 16 not have PWM?

I have to stop using GPIO 16 also, it is and UART pin.

@raphaelbs Sure thing! I'm a bit busy with finals but should be able to produce a reproducible example (with pics (?)) maybe next week.
