@Matvey-Kuk Maybe make this warning more universal as warning for entire ChatOps? **Idea** Provide context about ChatOps connectivity, because someone uses MS Teams or telegram as main channel for example....

**Proposal** Communication channels are not connected. Configure at least one ChatOps(link) channel or mobile phone(link) to receive notifications.

UPD: looks like we need to create titles for all pages

Proposal - new incident numbers on timeline graph. Something like this by logic. Will be useful to identify periods with peak numbers of new incidents.
