I would like to take ownership

Hi there,

I'm interesting in improving Typescript support and will be working with https://github.com/Railk to make a fully functional plugin.

Would you be willing to assign ownership of this repo to me? (And publish rights to package control, if any. I don't know how it is done)

Yes I did. seanhess/sublime-typescript.

There are several plugins in the running but I can maintain this one and keep up with directing users elsewhere as necessary.
